Disclaimer: You may only select this option if you have selected at least one bundle. All returning students who have made several purchases and do not have enough ACE bucks to purchase a bundle may select this option. If you are a new student who hasn't made a purchase, you must select a bundle first before choosing this option. You will receive a notification if you are a new student and select this option without adding a bundle. 


***Service price is equivalent to a myACE buck and not an actual dollar amount. myACE bucks amount may vary based on number of hours that you attend the selected service.

myACE bucks range for the below options is 100 - 4000 (may be less for very small and inexpensive orders). This category is for existing students who no longer need to purchase a bundle. 


Directions: Select this option to request from the below categories. Once you select a category, click on the correct color and add to cart. You must also visit the myACE Requests page linked here and located under the STUDENTS tab to review the process.


**Note: You can select an option from each category. If you need to select more than one sub-option, add a note in the new Service Verification Form (SVF).


A. School supplies/Materials (e.g., books, calculator, paper, pencil/pens, laptop, uniforms, school supply lists, etc. Also, supplies/materials needed for educational activity that is not covered by the service provider.) 


  • Please select items from the following stores: Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Stateline Tack, Riding Warehouse, Cavender's, Lands' End, Dillard's (for uniforms only), Apple. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for specialty items and uniforms. 


  • Students may now request up to 2 pair of tennis shoes and up to 2 pair of casual shoes to go with school uniforms.
    • The max amount per shoe order is $100. There may be an exception made, within reason, for students who need special needs/medical accommodations.


  • Review the myACE Requests  page to review the purchase order request process. 


B. Internet Hotspot (e.g., internet is not available in rural area or student's home.

  • Please note that internet access is provided to the participants only. 
  • Internet may only be used for Educational purposes.
  • The service provider can answer additonal questions regarding internet service. 


C. Travel Request (e.g. transportation costs for college visits or applicable activities/services)


  • Travel Requests must be submitted and approved at least 7 - 10 business days prior to travel/event/activity. Add the A la carte bundle to your cart if you need to travel and fill out the details in the same section of the SVF.

E. Private School/Homeschool tuition (e.g. Tuition or curriculum expenses)


  • Upload a copy of your bill/invoice into the SVF. 


F. Dual/Concurrent Enrollment (e.g. Course costs for students taking college courses. Cannot request payment that is already covered by your high school.

  • Students are expected to attend scheduled services on a regular basis. Any student who is absent from their scheduled service(s) on three (3) separate days will be dismissed from the program.

    Emergency absences are considered 24 – 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. These emergency absences will be excused if due to illness, medical, or other appointment that cannot be rescheduled, family emergency, and an event such as a funeral or birth.

    If an emergency should arise, every effort should be made to quickly reschedule services, if applicable. If possible, please provide adequate notice at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
